AREAS of need

  • Help with registration, ushering, and ensuring the event runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • Work directly with our Head of Marketing to assist with social media, email campaigns, and promoting the event in the community.

  • Work with our speaker preparation team to help coordinate workshops, rehearsals, and day-of preparations.

  • Ensure our attendees, speakers, and team are well taken care of throughout the course of the event.

  • Assist with A/V setup, stage management, video production, photographing, and event live streaming.
